Chapter Twelve – Rashaan

My plan was to surprise Kaylee at her graduation. Soon as she saw me, she took off running. When we got in the car, I find out that her bitch ass father found out that her graduation was today and showed up. We went to my house, so we could get ready for dinner with the fam. I walked to my room and pulled out my Ralph Lauren black suit. I grabbed my black Giorgio Armani dress shoes and proceeded to get dressed.

"I'm ready Rashaan," she walked out my extra room looking like a straight princess. My dick got hard instantly.

"Damn Kaylee, you look beautiful," I couldn't help but stare at her.

"Yeah, because I have makeup on," she said sadly.

"Yeah, fucking right! You're beyond beautiful without that shit on. Let's go though everyone is calling me. They are acting as if they haven't eaten in years," I started laughing.

We pulled up to Majestic Soul, which was a restaurant and hall combined. I sent Draya a text to let her know we were outside.

We walked up to the door hand and hand. We weren’t officially in a relationship, but she's mine.

"CONGRATULATIONS KAYLEE!" everyone yelled when we stepped inside the room.

"Oh, my gosh Ra! Why you didn't tell me" she covered her face and said.

"It wouldn't have been a surprise. Uncover your beautiful face so everyone can see it," I whispered in her ear.

"Thank you all!" Kaylee said and let go of my hands to make her rounds and speak to everyone. I invited all my homies and they shorties. I left Draya and Brittany in charge of inviting the few people that she did speak to in school. It was a success. Everyone was having fun, eating, and just enjoyed the night.

"You good Kay," I asked, walking over to her.

"Yes, I'm good, thank you so much for everything," she said as she hugged me.

"I got a few more gifts, come with me real quick," I grabbed her hand and directed her towards the front of the restaurant lounge.

"Kaylee is going to open her gifts, can I have everyone come to the front," I yelled to get everyone's attention.

"Here open this first," I handed her a large gift bag. She opened up the bag and pulled out a cognac colored MCM tote bag.

"I love this! Thank you so much Rashaan," she jumped up and hugged me. After opening her gifts from me and everyone else, I handed her my last little gift.

"This one means so much to me so I saved it for last."

She opened the bag and pulled out a small black jewelry box.
